Use A Comcast Email And You WILL NOT Hear From Us

I’m not going to ban members from using Comcast email but I will say, if you use a Comcast email as a form of contact you WILL NOT hear from us“! I’m not even sure if Comcast emails can receive our newsletter.

If you want tech support or customer support and contact us through our HelpDesk then PLEASE use something other than a Comcast email. Otherwise you are wasting your time. I don’t like it, most membership sites don’t like it and anyone using a third party service doesn’t like it but that is just how it is. Comcast sucks, I don’t know how to be any clearer than that.

I have a member right now saying he can not log in but he’s using a Comcast email so he’s just wasting his time. He registered with a Comcast email, he paid with a Comcast email, he subscribed to the newsletter with a Comcast email and he will more than likely cancel his membership with his Comcast email. Personally, I don’t know why anyone would use an ISP email anyway. When you leave to get a better or cheaper service you will loose that email address. What sense does that make? I recommend Gmail.
