		<description>Thanks for the compliment Mike. An unbelievable amount of people tend to sign up without checking to see what it is. I&#039;ve had many members sign on for months and never setup a single tracker. Then send in a support ticket for a refund because they never used the program. The 30 day free trial seems to be working much better. It gives members an opportunity to see if it&#039;s what they are looking for.</description>

		<description>Makes sense i can see a lot of people signing up and then cancling and demanding their money back.  However it is a great tool so i dont understand why they would be wanting their money back.</description>
