Where’s My Account? I Can’t Login

Q: Hi there – please help. I can’t seem to log in even though I have received confirmation of my log in details months ago.-:)
A: We have changed to a paid only membership site and your account probably got caught up in the huge clean up were forced to do. If that’s the case I’m afraid all your details are lost and can not be recovered. You can see the details here (This was posted before we had this Blog. That’s why it’s on BrianDHawkins.com).

Hello! I can’t login to my acct. i tried to get my username & password re-sent but, I got a message saying it did’nt recgonize my mailing address. What Happen ? Thank You !!

Check your PayPal account Steven. Your payment subscription was canceled on Sep. 6, 2008 so the account was deleted Sep. 11, 2008, one month from the last payment. When a PayPal subscription is canceled we have to assume you no longer want the membership. See How Do I Delete My Membership?
We do try to wait a few days in case it was a mistake but if we don’t hear from the member we have to delete the membership. I’m afraid all account details including trackers are unrecoverable.
