A: I don’t see your email or name in our database or in our PayPal records. Could you have used a different name or email during registration? Please send your Username or the email address used to setup the account.

A: You didn’t complete step two when creating your membership which is setting up the PayPal subscription. Your Ad Tracker is an All Pro (paid) membership site. We do offer a thirty day free trial but that is built into the PayPal button during registration. If you didn’t setup the payment subscription your account was never completed. The only way to join now is to start over with the two step registration.
